Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding for Multiple BFSI & IT clients
Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed), internal databases (ATS Bullhorn & Workday), Career Builder, networking, and referrals to identify top talents.
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct thorough technical assessments, reference checks, and salary negotiations to ensure competitive offers.
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates qualifications, technical expertise, and alignment with organizational culture
Perform comprehensive screenings, technical assessments, and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.
