T24 Technical Support

Description

We are looking for a T24 Technical Support professional with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting T24 applications and will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring seamless operations of the banking software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the T24 banking application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to T24 functionalities.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and fixes.
• Assist in system upgrades and migrations to newer versions of T24.
• Document technical procedures and support processes for future reference.
• Interact with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in T24 technical support or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of T24 architecture and functionalities.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other programming languages relevant to T24.
• Experience with database management systems, preferably Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with banking and financial services industry standards and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
