Responsibilities :
Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to design and implement T24 solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of T24 modules such as Accounting & Reporting Collaterals and Limits.
Provide expert guidance on T24 AA Retail Deposits Accounts and Lending to optimize customer experience and streamline processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for T24 systems to support ongoing regulatory and compliance requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of T24 solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability in Cards & Payments operations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance user satisfaction.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure alignment of T24 solutions with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of T24 systems.
Lead initiatives to enhance data integrity and security within T24 applications.
Collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades and patches ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing insights on T24 capabilities and trends.
Support the development of business cases for new projects and enhancements to T24 systems. -Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on T24 Accounting & Reporting Collaterals and Limits.
Demonstrate expertise in T24 AA Retail Deposits Accounts and Lending modules.
Have a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
Exhibit proficiency in Cards & Payments domain with a track record of successful implementations.
Show excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Hold a relevant degree in finance business or a related field.
