Job Description

SystemsPlus is hiring for T24 Support.

Exp :: 6 yr+

Remote working.

Shift timing :: 6.30 pm to 3.30 AM

Short joiners only

Skillsets and tool experience

Bachelor's equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Practical experience and knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) & Micro Services

Works with minimal supervision and supports multiple Core Banking environments in a fast paced environment and able to support work in an on-call support environment.

Ability to support, debug, and repair object-oriented applications

Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues:

Gather information in organized fashion

  1. Describe the problem
  2. Determine probable cause
  3. Create plan of action and test solutions
  4. Implement solutions
  5. Analyze results
  6. Document process

Strong communication / collaboration skills!

Hands-on experience with jBoss Enterprise Application Platform (or JBoss EAP)

Linux operating system experience, command line scripting, and file access configuration

SQL experience working with relational databases is required

Ability to execute unit, integration, and system tests within a defined testing structure and environment

Ability to support, debug, and repair object-oriented applications

Intermediate experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile highly preferred)

Intermediate knowledge of Linux operating systems

Java experience nice to have

Microsoft Data Platform / Microsoft SQL Server database experience

Proficient in MS SQL development/scripting

Coding and scripting with python, Bash or PowerShell

Understanding of Middleware and API connection calls

Practical experience with GIT integration via TFS

Remediation of vulnerabilities identified by security scans

Puppet Tool scripting experience preferred

Candidate profile

The Application Support Engineer is a technical lead resource whose primary role is to prepare, implement, administrate, troubleshoot complex Core Banking Solutions and help team members derive solutions to issues. Additional key roles include configuring software, automating implementation activities to minimize manual intervention, monitoring, and validating the application in production and non-production environments. Responsibilities also include coordinating with development teams and vendors as necessary to report defects and validate fixes. This position will perform a mix of operational and project-based work and be hands-on with cutting edge technologies.
