• Define and implement test architecture and overall QA strategy for Temenos T24 Core Banking applications.
• Ensure quality assurance standards across multiple banking projects and releases.
• Analyze T24 architecture and modules to design effective test approaches.
• Manage multiple testing projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Coordinate with development, business, and QA teams for requirement understanding and test execution.
• Oversee test planning, test case design, and defect management processes.
• Ensure end-to-end validation of core banking workflows and integrations.
• Drive best practices in testing methodologies and quality standards.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies for quality assurance.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones aligned with project timelines.
