Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced T24 COB Support Specialist to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize T24 COB processes. The role focuses on ensuring accurate transaction processing, resolving COB-related issues, maintaining system integrity, and supporting smooth day-end operations. The specialist will work closely with operations, finance, and IT teams to uphold the reliability and compliance of COB activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for T24 COB processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Monitor COB cycles, identify issues, and take corrective actions to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Analyze and resolve COB-related problems, including transaction errors, accounting discrepancies, and system faults, escalating when necessary.
  • Administer and maintain T24 system configurations to ensure optimal performance for COB operations.
  • Work with IT teams to resolve system issues, implement updates, and support ongoing system enhancements.
  • Maintain and update COB process documentation and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Ensure all COB tasks are completed within defined timelines and regulatory deadlines.
  • Prepare regular reports on COB operations, including volumes, processing times, and error trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support consistent system availability and address operational issues during the COB cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in T24, with strong expertise in COB support and troubleshooting.
  • Deep knowledge of the T24/Transact system and solid understanding of T24 architecture, including application and database servers.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management best practices.
  • T24 certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
