Responsibilities

Infor Syteline is an ERP tool Configuration Deployment & Administrator experience is a must.

Accounting-related Syteline support is the biggest need, especially around ledgers, P&Ls, balance sheets, month-end closing, and other finance-driven questions.

Deeper back-end work, especially when calculations, formulas, or financial logic are involved.

Support for more complex troubleshooting and configuration work, including cases where report values or calculated fields appear incorrect.

Visibility into ticket handling, including clear ownership, response expectations, and time tracking by ticket/request.

Someone who can review their current Syteline environment and validate whether it is set up correctly

Financial reconciliation / variance issues, including questions about fixed overhead and other accounting-related calculations.

Report customization requests, especially when users want additional fields or data added to reports.

FactoryTrack / barcode scanner rollout work.

Ongoing quality module rollout work.

A possible operational Syteline evaluation to review warehouse workflow and identify efficiency improvements.

Future Salesforce integration work.

A request to separate P&Ls by location, which may depend on how sites, warehouses, or entities are configured in Syteline.
