What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
In this position, you will get to:
- Spearhead engineering handoff meeting
- Coordinates and orders electrical long lead items and possibly finds alternates
- Reviews customer spec to verify electrical conformity
- Leads design review meeting with engineering team to communicate scope of project
- Communicates with customer on project specifics for engineering design
- Relays information to engineering team continually through customer collaboration process
- Externally accountable for design schedule and customer approval
- Reviews and approves final electrical design to meet customer requirements
- Coaching and mentoring other designers to elevate team knowledge
You Have
- Academic background in Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Previous experience in or with 14+ years of related engineering experience
- Skills
- Ability to understand customer requirement
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Design - Translates concepts and information into images, uses feedback to modify designs, Applies Trachte design principles.
- Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities, contributes to building a positive team spirit, able to build morale and group commitments to objectives, supports Trachte's efforts to succeed.
