- About the Role
The Senior Manager – Systems Engineering & Integration will be responsible for the end-to-end development, technical integration and maturation of complex aerospace, defence and UAV/UAS systems (Multi rotors & Fixed Wings) for market, covering system requirements and architecture, product development, technology absorption, subsystem integration, verification, validation, flight testing and productisation.
The role will serve as the technical interface between technology partners and internal engineering, manufacturing, quality and testing teams, ensuring that externally developed technologies are technically understood, correctly integrated, validated and progressively transitioned into internally controlled, production-ready products.
The scope includes integration of:
- UAV platforms (Multi-rotor and Fixed Wings), propulsion and power systems
- Avionics, flight-control and embedded electronics
- Communication, RF and data-link systems
- GCS, telemetry and mission software
- GNSS/INS, navigation and autonomy systems
- Payloads, sensors and mission systems
- Ground-support and associated test systems
