- Experience in L2 Service Desk / Technical Support providing remote support for laptops and desktops.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office applications installation and troubleshooting.
- Software installations, wireless connectivity, email, and printing issues.
- Active Directory, antivirus, imaging, and patch management.
- Troubleshooting Internet-related applications (email clients, browsers) and Office Suites (Microsoft O365).
- Experience configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ability to generate reports.
- Knowledge of Service Desk tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility for shifts and work from office (mandatory).
