Responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on virtualization administration experience
- 3+ years of direct experience with Proxmox VE in production environments
- Strong Linux administration skills (Debian/Ubuntu preferred, RHEL experience valuable)
- Experience with Ceph distributed storage or ZFS in enterprise environments
- Proficiency with shell scripting (bash) and at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
- Experience with VM migration projects and P2V/V2V conversions
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, bridges, and software defined networking
- Experience with high-availability clustering and failover configurations
- Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to leverage AI tools for problem-solving and automation
Qualifications
