Responsibilities :
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SNOW and Splunk systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy system solutions that align with business objectives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SNOW and Splunk-related issues to minimize downtime.
Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures to support operational efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system-related concerns.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Implement security measures to protect system data and prevent unauthorized access.
Monitor system capacity and plan for future growth to support business expansion.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of SNOW and Splunk functionalities.
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful system integration and upgrades.
Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that improve system capabilities.
Support the development of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures. Qualifications -

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
