Job Requirements
Solution Architect — 1
Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end technical solution for the Mozart replacement, ensuring the proposed AWS S3, Snowflake, backend integration layer, and Pega/PFM components work together as a scalable, secure, and maintainable solution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the target-state solution architecture for the Mozart replacement.
Design the integration between Pega/PFM, backend/API layer, Snowflake and AWS S3.
Establish The Separation Of Responsibilities Between
S3 – document/content repository
Snowflake – metadata system of record
Backend/API layer – controlled consumption and integration
Pega/PFM – user experience, workflow and governance
Lead technical discovery and validate assumptions through POCs.
Define application, data, integration, security and deployment architecture.
Review and approve detailed technical designs produced by engineering teams.
Define API/service-layer patterns for metadata access and secure document retrieval.
Establish security, authentication, authorization, RBAC and data-access patterns.
Define non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, availability, auditability and operational resilience.
Identify technical risks, constraints and dependencies and drive their resolution.
Support data migration and ongoing ingestion architecture.
Validate the approach for migration, reconciliation, incremental ingestion and failure recovery.
Ensure the solution is AI-ready without introducing AI implementation into Phase 1.
Support architecture reviews, design sign-offs and technical discussions with customer stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance during SIT, UAT, production readiness and cutover.
Ensure the solution remains aligned to the agreed Phase 1 scope and timeline.
