Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and a strong background in AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles to effectively validate and enhance our automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated test scripts for various applications, focusing on AI/ML components.
Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and identify testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for automated testing.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members on automation best practices and AI/ML testing.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and their application in QA.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in QA automation with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies.
Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in software testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
Experience in performance testing and security testing.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in QA automation, with a significant focus on AI/ML.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
