'Healthcare Consultant ( Guardrails):Person with 12- 15 years of experience in a hospital environment

Clinical Workflow Mapping: Translate complex hospital operations and provider workflows into functional technical requirements for IT and product engineering teams.
Product Voice of the Customer: Act as the internal voice of clinicians, ensuring newly developed software fixes real-world provider pain points rather than adding administrative friction.
EHR & Clinical Data Optimization: Guide the clinical design and optimization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, emphasizing data liquidity and intuitive clinical documentation templates.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all technology solutions and operational workflows comply with healthcare regulations, quality metrics (e.g., MIPS, HEDIS), and patient safety standards.
Clinical Change Management: Partner with hospital leadership to spearhead clinician onboarding, training strategies, and peer-to-peer advocacy to accelerate software adoption.
Revenue Cycle Alignment: Align clinical documentation workflows with revenue cycle management (RCM) realities, optimizing medical coding accuracy and reducing hospital claim denials.
Care Model Innovation: Advise on the design and integration of virtual care, telehealth, and remote patient monitoring tools into traditional care delivery models.
