Responsibilities:
1. System Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Analyze existing IT systems, workflows, and business processes.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify system gaps, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
2. System Design & Implementation
- Develop system specifications, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Recommend suitable software, hardware, and technology solutions.
- Coordinate the design, development, configuration, and implementation of IT systems.
- Ensure new systems integrate effectively with existing applications and databases.
3. Testing & Troubleshooting
- Develop test plans and validate system functionality.
- Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, investigate, and resolve system errors and performance issues.
- Coordinate with developers and IT support teams to implement fixes.
4. System Maintenance & Optimization
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability.
- Recommend system upgrades, enhancements, and process automation.
- Analyze recurring technical issues and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain system documentation and technical records.
5. Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Work with business users, developers, project managers, and IT infrastructure teams.
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Prepare requirement documents, reports, workflows, and project updates.
- Provide user training and support during system implementation.
6. Security & Compliance
- Ensure systems follow organizational IT security policies.
- Support access control, data integrity, and information protection measures.
- Assist with audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams when required.
