Role Overview:

We are looking for Systems Analyst with Core Banking experience to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while supporting banking technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Perform impact analysis for change requests, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams.
Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and operational improvements.
Ensure requirements traceability and timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking technology projects.
FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes.
Strong understanding of Oracle Database and data analysis.
Experience across Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding.
Experience with WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, Integration/ESB, and Kafka.
Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Tech Stack: Oracle Database, Java, JavaScript, Microservices
Tools: JIRA, GitHub, Postman.
