Systems Analysis Lead Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

• Provide incident management and problem resolution.
• Support end user requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor environments, applications, and batch jobs.
• Conduct data reconciliations within Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS R12 applications and between Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS R12 and external applications.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support via creating tickets and change requests for issue resolutions, applying patches, ensuring environments are addressed for any security vulnerabilities, and database refreshes.
• Work independently on break fixes, code promotion to different environments.
• Identify gaps in the systems / applications / integrations and plug them as needed.
• Work on process improvements.
• Gather requirements from Business and work on minor enhancements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Oracle Cloud ERP Financial & Oracle e-Business Suite R12 (GL/ FAH/ AP/ FA modules)
• Strong knowledge of entire Oracle stack and other complimentary products needed for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC - ICS (Integration Cloud Service), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), and PCS (Process Cloud Service) Implementations.
• Experience in OIC Integration Implementations and running Oracle PaaS components.
• Experience in Financial Accounting Hub/ AHCS would be a plus.
• SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell script, BI Publisher development
• Strong knowledge of Implementing OIC integrations with Oracle Financials.
• Excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles.
• Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure environment.

Required Experience & Education:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of 5-8 years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of 4 years experience in Oracle Cloud ERP application design, development, and implementation.
