Responsibilities

• Installing, managing & troubleshooting of web layer, middleware software and 3rd party integrations installed on cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-premises Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu etc..) servers and Windows servers
• Managing Linux servers and windows servers
• Ticket management for system support, including on-call support
• Troubleshooting detected by monitoring systems
• Documentation management (technical documentation updates)
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably BE / B Tech / MCA
• 2+ years of experience in UNIX / LINUX systems administration

• Ability to work with teams spread across various time zones
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and geographically distributed environments
• Flexibility and adaptability in supporting both production and development environments
  
  

Tech Skills

• Enterprise Web Hosting, networking fundamentals, LAMP environments, and web portal technologies (Apache, IIS, CQ5, Tomcat, JBoss)
• Unix/Linux/Windows administration and support across production and development environments
• Oracle/SQL knowledge, including complex query writing and database management (Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL)
• Scripting and automation using Shell, Python, Perl, Ansible, and Jenkins
• Monitoring, observability, and virtualization technologies (Nagios, ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace, VMware ESX, XEN)
• Cloud and DevOps technologies, including Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and related certifications
