WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
You will be responsible for a variety of support and project work across
a wide range of technology, including but not limited to Windows PCs
and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices, and an advanced
communications infrastructure. Support and project work may include
troubleshooting complex technical issues, administration of various
infrastructure-level systems, and implementing automation and
efficiency improvements. You will be expected to combine independent
research, prior experience, and critical analysis to resolve unfamiliar
problems and advanced challenging work.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should hold-
Basic Qualifications
A degree in computer science (or a related technical discipline)
Prior SysAdmin experience of 3-8 years
Keen interest in both building technology and helping others use
it effectively
Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows enterprise environment and
standard applications, such as Microsoft Office, and a
demonstrated interest in improving processes and technology
Familiarity with general systems administration, including
hardware and software administration and phone, desk-side, trade
floor, and/or remote user support
Excellent research, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and
communication skills
