We are seeking a skilled COBOL Developer Lead to join our dynamic team in the BFSI sector. This role is pivotal in driving the development and maintenance of critical applications on the mainframe platform. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of COBOL applications on the mainframe.

Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mainframe COBOL development.
- Possess strong technical skills in System Z and Enterprise COBOL.
- Demonstrate core competencies in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
