System Test Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced System Test Engineer to drive the specification, implementation, and execution of automated system tests for innovative automation and sensor products. The ideal candidate will work closely with international development teams to ensure the highest levels of product quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated system test cases.
• Analyze, document, and evaluate testing processes and test results.
• Identify defects, track issues, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and product development teams to enhance product quality.
• Present testing outcomes and technical findings to global project teams.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies in automation, sensor systems, and image processing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software and/or hardware testing or development.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
• ISTQB certification is an added advantage.
• Good programming knowledge in Python and logical programming concepts.
• Experience with image recognition technologies; OpenCV knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
