Senior System Test Engineer

About the role:

As a Senior System Test Engineer, you will take ownership of complex system testing activities, leading the design and automation of test frameworks. You will leverage NI LabVIEW and Python to build scalable solutions, while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, propose improvements, and champion a culture of quality across projects.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design and automation of advanced system test frameworks.
• Build scalable automation solutions using NI LabVIEW and Python for efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor junior engineers by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in testing methodologies to strengthen product reliability.

What we are looking for:

• Proven expertise in system‑level testing and automation frameworks.
• Strong command of NI LabVIEW and Python for scalable test solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Analytical thinker who can resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 9 to 13 years

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced expertise in manual and automated system testing with ability to design comprehensive test plans.
• Skilled in developing scalable test solutions using NÍ LabVIEW and Python.
• Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers in both manual and automated testing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Education : Engineering bachelor's degree - Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science
