The position ensures that the LMS and related tools operate effectively, remain compliant, and continuously evolve to meet organizational learning needs. It bridges technology, compliance, and user experience.
You're the right fit if:
You holdaBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Compliance-Related Tool Administration, Training Administration in a highly regulated industry or equivalent.
You are proficient in technical system administration in Quality Management System (QMS) area
You have excellent troubleshootingand analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges.
You have experience with UAT (user acceptance testing) , IQ/OQ/PQ,, release management, test scripts.
You communicate effectively in professional-level English (speaking and writing), able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
You have excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with learners, managers, and business stakeholders.
