System Support Engineer

Parul University is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled L1 / L2 IT & System Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Desktop & laptop troubleshooting

• Windows OS installation & configuration

• Hardware & software troubleshooting

• LAN, Wi-Fi & basic network troubleshooting

• Printer & peripheral support

• Basic Active Directory & user account support

• Password, login & domain-related assistance

• IT asset management & inventory updates

• User ticket handling and issue resolution

• Escalation of complex issues to L3 team

• On-site IT support to university departments and users

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field

• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware and networking

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Customer/user-focused approach

• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply
