This is a full-time remote position for a System Specialist. The System Specialist will provide technical support, ensure the smooth operation of IT and system processes, and troubleshoot technical issues. The role involves maintaining system performance, monitoring system security, and optimizing IT infrastructure to enhance business operations.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
• Experience in Technical Support to address and resolve user and system-related concerns
• Knowledge and expertise in Information Technology systems and infrastructure
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to dynamic environments
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
