Description
The Solutions Manager is responsible for researching, reviewing and making recommendations on any new and existing software applications or innovations from a perspective of design, integration and technical fit with other systems. In addition, they will also provide support for existing and future platforms. The Solutions Manager will partner with the Architect Lead, Syneos Health IT and Boldsky Tech Solutions to provide system updates, integrations, or new tool implementation as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for writing, auditing and ensuring adherence to SOP's within systems, and course correcting where applicable. Including, but not limited to:
- Project and Resource Management platforms
- Font Management platform and process
- Finance Scoping platform
- Analytics management
- Develops recommendations for streamlining business practices utilizing the system, including assessment of current standards, evaluation and providing recommendations to executive leadership, creating pilot programs, where applicable, standardizing training and communication plan for new initiatives within the system.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong interpersonal skills (e.g. sensitivity, understanding and maturity level in situations and surroundings).
- Ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary.
- Ability to comfortably and confidently turn complex systems into solid technical and high level project plans.
- Engage directly with internal leadership teams such as Creative, Account and Operations to capture business requirements and transform these through analysis and design into technical solutions.
- Inform key leadership stakeholders about updated costs, product development processes and yearly budgets.
- Working with Tech Solutions team to offer troubleshooting solutions for users in real time and develop triage system.
- Participate in leadership tech discussions and be able to articulate timelines and scope changes.
- Maintain compliance standards with IT and Business Units, including user structure and set up between cross-functional teams.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ad agency network administration and design technology systems
- Organizational and time management skills: To keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Experience in software engineering and design architecture within an ad agency setting, including Font Management, Project Management, Resource Management and Scoping platforms
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems within an ad agency setting
- Experience developing, supporting and managing IT and cloud infrastructure platforms, including Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and database
PREFERRED
- Creative studio and/or agency experience
- Demonstrated experience learning new industry, company, product, and/or technical developments of the client's business as well as the agency business
- Ability to understand and write coding languages
- Professional Cloud Solutions Architect Certification
