Key Responsibilities:
- Apply reuse strategy through managing concerned requirements
- Execute System Requirements Analysis
- Lead reviews across domains (SWE, HWE, MEE) concerning system requirements and ensure alignment with system architectural specification
- Report requirement analysis status (baseline, dashboards, queries and metrics)
- Support Lead Systems Engineer in planning and product release
- Support System Test Manager in planning for integration and qualification test
- Analyse System Requirements
- Create and update the requirements specification for eDrive and AWD systems
- Create baseline, dashboards, reports, queries and metrics
- Ensure alignment with system architectural specification
- Ensure quality of the System Requirements Specification as well as the Subsystem Requirements Specifications, including SWE requirements for FASW
- Establish bidirectional traceability between stakeholder requirements and system requirements in Requirements Management Tool, including SWE requirements for FASW
- Execute change management for requirements changes
- Identify and analyse System Requirements via use cases and in line with system architectural design
- Identify System Requirements
- Support configuration management and requirements elicitation
- Support winning new business (analysis of RFI / RFQ and compliance)
- Transform the defined stakeholder requirements into a set of system requirements that will guide the design of the system, including SWE requirements for FASW
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
3 years of experience as i.e. System Requirements Engineer or similar
1 year of experience in analyzing requirements
1 year of experience as Test / Calibration Engineer or similar
Degree:
Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics) / Bachelor in Physics or similar
Training:
Requirements engineering fundamentals i.e. IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering - Foundation Level
