Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team across SRE, DevOps, QA, Frontend, and Backend disciplines.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Define and enforce best practices in software development, testing, deployment, and reliability.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in hiring and team-building activities, helping select top talent for the site.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Monitor project health, team performance, and technical quality metrics.
- Drive initiatives to improve infrastructure scalability, system reliability, and development velocity.
