System & Network Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Network & Server Administrator to take full responsibility for managing, securing, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise in server management, network configuration, security implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling daily IT operations and ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems and networks.

The candidate will work closely with the Operations and Management teams to build, support, and enhance the IT environment for our BPO and ITES operations. This includes server setup, firewall configuration, Active Directory management, IP management, user access control, and disaster recovery planning.
