System Manager - Visual Basic, H/W Software, windows

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development, design, implementation, and coordination of IT systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are properly maintained
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment across the IT team
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development
• Oversee technology development initiatives aligned with business needs
• Coordinate with relevant departments for effective IT integration and support

Technical Expertise / Technology Development:

• Programming Languages: Visual Basic, ASP .Net, JavaScript
• Database Management Systems (RDBMS): Microsoft SQL Server (MySQL is an added advantage)
• Software & Hardware Knowledge: Strong understanding of both hardware and software systems
• Networking: Knowledge of network setup, troubleshooting, and security
• Applications: Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications
