System Integration Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 12+ years of experience – Systems Integration to lead complex systems engineering and OEM software integration programs from concept through production. This role provides strong local technical and people leadership while partnering with cross functional global teams to ensure on time, high quality delivery of customer focused solutions.

The role also serves as the primary technical point of contact for customers in Asia, driving alignment between customer needs, engineering execution, and program outcomes.

•Integration Leadership: 5–8+ years of Tier-1/OEM experience, driving at least one full automotive integration cycle from concept through SOP/Near-SOP.

•Systems Engineering & ASPICE: Strong fundamentals in requirements-to-verification workflows, maintaining day-to-day ASPICE compliance, traceability, and interface risk management.

•Technical Domain Expertise: Functional knowledge of automotive electronics (ECUs, CAN/LIN/Ethernet, diagnostics) with the ability to bridge hardware and embedded software teams.

•Cross-Functional Delivery: Proven lead for software, hardware, and quality teams, capable of managing complex priorities and resolving technical conflicts.

•Customer & Stakeholder Management: Skilled in running technical reviews, managing escalations, and providing clear executive-level reporting on risks and status.

•Execution Focus: High-ownership professional driven by urgency, proactive problem-solving, and disciplined follow-through.
