Job Description

Role - System Engineer

Experience - 3+ years

Location - Bangalore

Position Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer with hands-on experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure operations. The role requires strong expertise in Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtualization, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange Online, along with exposure to security incident handling.

The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, security monitoring, endpoint and device management, and first-level incident response across enterprise and MSP client environments. This position demands a strong mix of technical skills, troubleshooting capability, and security awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • End User Support
  • Manage Windows Servers and Backups
  • Administration of Active Directory Servers
  • Administration of File Servers
  • Administration of Hyper V Servers
  • Manage LAN and its components
  • Administration of Office 365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc)
  • Administration of Microsoft Intune
  • Manging Entra ID
  • Managing Security Incidents in Office 365 and On Prem infrastructure
  • Manage and Implement Organizational Security Posture & Best Practices

Mandatory Skills Required

  • 34 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer / IT Support Engineer
  • Strong experience with:

  • Experience handling security incidents and compromised accounts
  • Ability to analyze logs and perform root cause analysis
