Job Description

System Engineer – RCM & Platform Integrations

4–6 Years | Bengaluru | On-site

We are hiring a System Engineer with strong Healthcare RCM integration experience to design, build, and support scalable backend integration systems across claims, billing, eligibility, prior authorization, AR, and payment workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Python backend development experience (FastAPI / Flask preferred)

• Hands-on RCM domain experience:

  • Claims Processing
  • Prior Authorization
  • Eligibility & Benefits Verification
  • Billing / AR / Denials
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML integrations
  • Strong SQL expertise (MySQL / MSSQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Docker and cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure)
  • Experience integrating with clearinghouses / payer systems
  • CI/CD, Git, Jira understanding

Good to Have:

• HL7 / FHIR / SMART on FHIR

• Redis / Celery / Kafka

• Event-driven architecture

• Epic / Athenahealth / Cerner integrations

Looking for engineers with strong ownership mindset and hands-on integration experience in healthcare ecosystems.
