Job Description

  • SFO is seeking candidates with system engineering experience for optoelectronic system development.
  • High end Laser and sensor system development.
  • Shall be able to analyze high level customer requirements and application use cases to derive key system requirements.
  • Should be able to conceptualize the design and work with optical, mechanical, electrical and firmware teams to prototype and test the system design.
  • 3-6 years in same field
  • The candidate should have prior experience in similar system design and leverage these experience to guide and optimize optoelectronic system architecture for performance, size and cost.
  • Designing and characterizing various opto-electronics modules
  • Familiar with analog and digital electronics design and embedded firmware development.
  • Hands-on experience in system build
  • Mil Qualification of products
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience is program management (Preferred)
