Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance cloud infrastructure, ensuring high system availability, performance, and security.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP)
- Expertise in Linux administration and databases like MySQL/MariaDB
- Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, NAT, and QoS
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Additional Skills:
- Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks)
- Awareness of data security standards and compliance requirements
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-server setups
- Relevant certifications such as RHCE or CCNA
Success Metrics:
- System uptime, service performance, SLA adherence, and call quality
