Job Description

Provides first-level support for Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace users. Handles day-to-day desktop, network, and user account issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Windows 11 and user accounts (AD, M365, GSuite)
  • Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and connectivity issues
  • Manage software installations and updates
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ticket logs

Skills

  • Windows OS, AD basics, M365, GSuite, Remote tools, Antivirus

Preferred Certificate

  • M365 Associate, CompTIA A+, Google IT Support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3- 5 years of experience in IT support or System Administration.
