We are looking for an experienced Senior/System Engineer to support system deployment, integration and IT infrastructure activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with project teams to support the delivery of system and infrastructure projects.
- Perform system and database setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and server environments.
- Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support system integration, testing and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation and operations.
- Support data migration, integration, backup and recovery activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation.
- Work with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate project activities.
- Support system design and implementation when required.
Key Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant system engineering or IT experience.
- Experience in system deployment, integration or IT infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of databases, networking, Windows OS and servers.
- Experience with database setup, monitoring, backup and recovery.
- Knowledge of data migration and data integration will be an advantage.
- Experience with system testing such as UAT, FAT or SAT is preferred.
- Knowledge of security, access control or CCTV systems will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
