Good understanding of Procure to Pay flow.
Good understanding of Procurement module in Fusion and apply in GEP Smart.
Good understanding of Account Payable module in Fusion Issue troubleshooting skills.
Has a good understanding of RBAC.
Has a good understanding of Incident, Task, problem, change handling and execution.
Perform Health checks of GEP Smart, GEP Projects User creation in GEP based on the Tickets received.
User end-dating on GEP upon Tickets received.
Help with end to end testing of GEP functionality when patching happens every month.
Engage with stakeholders for the smooth functioning of GEP application.
Create /Escalate tickets to GEP for any bugs faced by our business on GEP, track those tickets and participate in weekly review calls.
