  • Branch Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain of Laptops / desktops and network devices ( switches, firewalls
  • )Application & System Support :Provide L1/L2 support for core business applications
  • .Coordinate with the central application tea
  • mEnsure timely deployment of updates, patches, releases, and version upgrade
  • sAct as the primary IT contact for all branche
  • sConnectivity Support to branche
  • sCoordination with Providers for any connectivity issues
