Branch Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain of Laptops / desktops and network devices ( switches, firewalls
)Application & System Support :Provide L1/L2 support for core business applications
.Coordinate with the central application tea
mEnsure timely deployment of updates, patches, releases, and version upgrade
sAct as the primary IT contact for all branche
sConnectivity Support to branche
sCoordination with Providers for any connectivity issues
.IT asset managemen
tAssisting branches for UPS related issue
