Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical system/subsystem according to the system specification and develop electrical schematics and layouts.
- Design electrical interlock and safety protection systems for semiconductor machinery.
- Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Hands on experience with lab equipment like logic analyzer, oscilloscope, soldering etc
- Design of low voltage switchgear circuits, able to select components.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards - SEMI S22, S2 & NFPA standards.
- Communicate & Coordinate with Assembly, operations & Supply chain on Parts qualifications/BOM changes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clarification / issue solving while manufacturing the parts.
- Able to support the test fixtures for sub system parts.
- Analyze the electrical / sub systems issues & trouble shoot the filed issues.
- Able to understand the PLC ladder logics & IO assignments. Programing on any PLC & HMI is advantage.
- Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- ECO creation & BOM updates, dispositions of materials.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field
- 5 year+ experience in semiconductor equipment industry or high precision automation equipment industry is preferred
- Thorough technical knowledge of electrical engineering design concepts and application components, Schematics, electrical system, OEM components selection.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components, control systems, relays, power supplies, cable harness.
- Knowledge on BOM management, Documentation, release process, Reliability testing.
- Knowledge on Cable Design/BOM preparation, Power Distribution/ Schematic design, EMO/Safety Circuit design, Engineering Change Management, Electrical Testing and Troubleshooting, CAD Tools(Autocad /Zuken E3), Safety and Compliance
