System Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and build modern, scalable, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Redux, modern frontend architecture, UI frameworks, and frontend performance optimization. You will work on complex product features and contribute across the development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and designing solutions to implementation, testing, optimization, and delivery.

This is an individual contributor role suited for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and continuously improving the quality and performance of the products they build.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and frontend architectures.
• Develop efficient application state management using Redux and modern Redux ecosystem tools, including Redux Toolkit and related utilities.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using technologies such as MUI, Bootstrap, Styled Components, and modern CSS.
• Work with modern frontend build and bundling technologies such as Webpack, Rspack, Vite, or similar tools.
• Optimize application performance, bundle size, build times, loading performance, rendering, and overall user experience.
• Follow established coding standards and frontend engineering best practices.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Develop and maintain unit and component test cases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall engineering quality.
• Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Independently analyze technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to technical design and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues across development and production environments.
• Continuously explore modern frontend technologies and engineering practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of professional experience in frontend/software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Good experience with Redux and modern Redux utilities, preferably Redux Toolkit.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern web development.
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as MUI, Bootstrap, Styled Components, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with frontend build systems such as Webpack, Rspack, Vite, or similar technologies.
• Experience writing unit/component tests.
• Good understanding of frontend performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of reusable component design and maintainable frontend architecture.
• Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous application workflows.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture / Module Federation.
• Experience working with cloud-based and distributed applications.
• Experience with frontend observability and performance monitoring.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI/ML technologies.
• Experience integrating AI-powered functionality into web applications.
• Practical experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
