Join our CloudOps team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our next-generation cloud platforms.
What you'll do:
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure operations
- Handle incident tickets and escalations as per SLAs
- Support system performance monitoring and alert handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem resolution
- Participate in process improvement and workflow optimization
- Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to compliance standards (ISO 27001, 27017, 27018)
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with cloud and virtualization platforms (VMware, Xen, Hyper-V)
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux systems and monitoring tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Cloud certifications (VMware / Microsoft / AWS Associate level) preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
