Job Summary
Systems Engineering - The OS Configuration team manages the full lifecycle of retail POS systems from evaluation to retirement. Store Systems Engineers configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
The role involves supporting installations, software deployment, and Tier‑3 (T3) support teams by developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks such as equipment staging, deployment optimization, and troubleshooting. Strong Windows, Retail, and Datadog experience is mandatory. Physical access to POS hardware is required for testing.
