Role Overview
We are looking for engineers with strong system-level C/C++ programming skills and exposure to complex, high-performance engineering environments. The role involves working on mission-critical systems, end-to-end integration, debugging, and performance-sensitive software components. Candidates with exposure to telecom (4G/5G), embedded, real-time, or large-scale system environments will be preferred.
Core Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in C and C++ (C++11 / C++14 / C++17)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) and STL
- Experience with multithreading, IPC, and memory management
- Hands-on experience working on Linux-based systems
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Domain Exposure (Preferred)
- Telecommunications: LTE / 4G / 5G-NR (Core or RAN exposure), protocol stacks such as RRC, MAC, RLC, NAS
- Embedded / Real-Time Systems: RTOS, real-time constraints, IPC mechanisms
- High-Performance / Mission-Critical Systems: Defense, aerospace, gaming engines, VR, large-scale systems
Tools & Environment
- Development & Debugging: GDB, Linux debugging tools, VS Code / Visual Studio
- Protocol & Log Analysis: Wireshark, PCAP, QXDM, XCAL
- Testing & Automation: Unit testing frameworks, regression testing, Python scripting
- Version Control & Tracking: Git, Jira or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain system-level C/C++ software components
- Debug complex issues across code, logs, and integrated environments
- Participate in system integration, validation, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Contribute to code quality, reliability, and scalability
Experience & Qualification
- Experience: 3 to 9+ years in system software, C++ development, or related roles
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields)
