The System Architect, PDS is the owner and is the technical design authority of the operational backbone for Process Development Services (PDS) within the Clinical Programs platform. Acting as a high-impact individual contributor who owns, builds, and evolves the systems, data foundations, analytics, and applied AI capabilities that enable PDS execution, capacity visibility, and insight generation.

Reporting to the Director, Global PDS PMO & Business Analytics, this role combines system architecture, development, business analytics ownership, and applied AI to transform PD data into reusable, decision-grade insights for internal progression and customer value.The role will will be fully remote.

What you will do:

  • Build and own the PDS PMO and analytics backbone. Implement, and maintain PDS KPIs and single-source-of-truth datasets.

  • Stand up the Customer Insights capture/reuse system: structure, store, and extract PD learnings (starting with Customer Insights outputs) into reusable assets and strategy inputs.

  • Build basic AI agents and AI-enabled workflows supporting PD execution and customer insights.

  • Develop scalable systems for capacity and portfolio visibility across projects and services.

  • Design andmaintainintegrations across workflow, analytics, and enterprise systems.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience building systems, analytics, and data solutions end-to-end across complex multisystem environments

  • Strong experience owning KPIs, analytics products, and AI-ready data structures.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building scalable systems.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with workflow platforms, BI tools, modern data platforms, or AI tooling (Salesforce, Snowflake, Smartsheet - including Bridge, Power BI, Qlik, Microsoft Power Platform, Box API)

  • Experience applying AI for insight extraction, reuse, or customer-facing analytics.
