System Architect

Job Summary

System Architect to design and drive enterprise-scale platforms for Industrial IoT and connected ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Modern C++, Distributed Systems, Microservices, Kafka, MQTT, and Cloud Technologies, with a proven ability to architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for large-scale, distributed, and multi-tenant platforms.
• Design scalable microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka, MQTT, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers.
• Establish best practices for scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Lead cloud-native deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Design robust database architectures, including partitioning, sharding, and multi-tenant solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical leadership.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and distributed tracing tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–18 years of experience in software architecture, distributed systems, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Modern C++ (C++14 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, MQTT/Mosquitto, and messaging systems.
• Experience designing Microservices Architectures using gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems concepts such as fault tolerance, consensus, scalability, and eventual consistency.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in PostgreSQL/MySQL, database scaling, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Knowledge of observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
