System Analyst

Responsibilities

. Support project planning, implementation, migration, and commissioning activities.

. Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

. Prepare technical reports, design documents, risk assessments, and project deliverables.

. Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to users and maintenance teams.

. Support development and integration of mobile credential solutions and digital access cards.

. Manage web-based administration portals and user management systems.

. Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of mobile and web applications related to access management.

. Support API integrations between ACS and enterprise applications.

. Troubleshoot application performance, authentication, and connectivity issues.

. Coordinate application upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.

. Participate in after-hours support activities when required.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.

. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in IT systems delivery projects.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capability.

. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
