System Analyst

Employment Type: Salaried role with Benefits, PF

Location: 2-3x a week in Bangalore

Duration: 6 month contract with extensions - expected to be long term

Joining Date: Must be within30 days

Working Hours: 40 HRS/ week

Pay Range: 15-20 LPA

Required Skills & Experience

- Has around 5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role or similar support, designing and maintaining observability dashboards and alerting systems in Splunk and Datadog

- Has release management experience within salesforce using Gitlab, including CI/CD pipeline configuration

- Has around 1 year of experience with salesforce configurations at the admin level

- Has experience gathering business requirements and further creating technical requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- has experience in the retail sector

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Analyst to join one of North America's largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Guest and Educator Technology team that will be focused on building dashboards and alerts within Splunk and Datadog. This individual will also be leading the implementation and maintenance of technology and providing advisory support for business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog.

Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends.

Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis.

Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments.

Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility.

Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools.

Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guides
