Qualification : BE, B.Tech., BSc. IT.

Purpose

Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end implementation of enterprise IT solutions, including application integration, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions aligned with business objectives while ensuring InfoSec compliance and operational excellence.

Functional Scope & Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of enterprise application implementation from requirement gathering, design, and testing to deployment and user adoption.

Deliver seamless ERP and BI integrations across platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, Azure Synapse, and Data Factory, with data visualization using Power BI.

Administer and manage Azure and AWS environments, including resource provisioning, access control, and network/security configurations.

Drive automation initiatives using RPA and AI chatbots, reducing manual efforts and improving process efficiency.

Handle BAU activities and application version upgrades, Azure AD migrations, and other modernization projects ensuring minimal business disruption.

Ensure audit readiness and InfoSec compliance, addressing VAPT observations and maintaining data protection standards.

Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage, licenses, and costs to ensure operational efficiency.

Conduct POCs, end-user trainings, and adoption programs to facilitate smooth business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for project execution, AMC management, and technical escalations.

Manage BAU applications monthly billing and invoices.
